900/976 Block
Caller ID Name
Displays the name and number of an incoming call.
How to Use:
- When a call is received, wait for completion of the second ring.
- The caller's name and telephone number will automatically appear on the Caller ID unit's display screen.
- Subscription to Caller ID Name requires the lease or purchase of a display telephone or an add-on display unit. The display phone or unit will store caller information.

Call Waiting
During a phone conversation, the called party is alerted with a tone when an incoming call is presented.
How to use:
- When the called party is alerted with the tone, depress the flash key or switch hook to place your first call on hold. You will be automatically connected with the second caller.
- By depressing the flash key or switch hook again, you can switch between calls. Each conversation is private and cannot be heard by the other caller.
- To terminate either call, the called party may toggle or hang up on either conversation by depressing the switch hook.
- If two calls are on a line at one time, any additional caller will receive a busy tone.

Cancel Call Waiting
Prior to making an outbound call, a caller may restrict the capability for an additional inbound call to be presented via call waiting.
How to use:
- Pick up the handset and dial *70.
- Wait for dial tone then dial the number.
- Call Waiting is deactivated for the duration of this call.
- Call Waiting is reactivated automatically when the call is ended.

Three Way Calling
Allows a customer to establish a conference call consisting of 3 participants.
To add a third party:
- Place the existing call on hold by depress the flash key or switch hook.
- Wait for a dial tone then dial the third party number to be added to the conversation.
- During ringing or when the third party answers, depress switch hook again to conference all parties.
To disconnect:
Simply hang up. If either of the two parties hangs up, the remaining party is still active on the call.

Call Forwarding
Allows all incoming calls to be forwarded to a 7 or 10 digit number.
To forward calls:
- Pick up the handset and listen for dial tone.
- Press *72 and listen for special dial tone.
- Dial the number where calls are to be forwarded.
- When someone answers at the forwarded number, Call Forwarding is activated.
To cancel Call Forwarding:
- Pick up the handset and listen for dial tone.
- Press *73 and listen for confirmation tones.
- Call Forwarding is now canceled.

Block Caller ID
Allows a customer, on a per call basis, to block their phone number from being delivered to a customer with Calling ID.
How to use:
- Pick up the handset and dial *67.
- Listen for confirmation tones then dial the number.
- The caller's name and number will not be displayed on the called party's Caller Id unit. Instead, the called party will receive "anonymous" or “private”.
- Caller ID will be reactivated at the termination of this call.

Call Forward Busy
All incoming calls are forwarded to a pre-determined 7 or 10 digit number when a subscriber's number is busy.
- This is a programmable switch feature. Does not require any activation.
